  • Experience with CRM, sales automation tools.

  • Upwork outbound/inbound bids experience
  • Experience in generating leads using additional sources and tools
  • Strong organizational and negotiating skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Lead generation processes / Upwork outbound
  • Research and explore new lead generation channels
  • Qualify & record all lead details in the CRM database
  • Researching business opportunities in various business areas
  • Define and test new hypotheses, research and implement the best sources
  • Prepare all needed promo materials and portfolios for Upwork


  • Flexible working hours (start of the day from 8:00 to 11:00 and 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch);
  • Remote-employment option;
  • We work with Apple products;
  • Office is located near metro station Pecherskaya;
  • Payment of income in USD every 1 of the month;
