Requirements:
- Advanced level English
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work with a flexible schedule
- Attentive to the details
Responsibilities:
- Detecting fraud customers
- Verifying customer’s payment methods when needed
- Processing customer’s withdrawal requests
- Processing incoming disputes
- Communication with Customer and Banks, report-responses to customer’s banks
- Maintaining deadline responses, and keeping organised flow of disputes.
- Answering Billing-related calls
