- Advanced level of English and French (written and spoken);
- 2+ years of Customer Support or Account management experience with French-speaking customers;
- Knowledge of academic writing conventions: essay types, structure, citation styles, and more;
- Ability to quickly cross-check whether a paper is written according to instructions and locate mistakes in writing.
