Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting freelancers and customers via chat, e-mail and phone;
  • Handling complaints and issues;
  • Proofreading academic papers;
  • Composing freelancers performance reports;
  • Interacting with other teams to reach project goals and KPIs.


  • Advanced level of English and French (written and spoken);
  • 2+ years of Customer Support or Account management experience with French-speaking customers;
  • Knowledge of academic writing conventions: essay types, structure, citation styles, and more;
  • Ability to quickly cross-check whether a paper is written according to instructions and locate mistakes in writing.
